Free cable cars and more
Our region offers free mountain transportation
Hiking is the most beautiful way of experiencing the refreshing alpine nature close-up. A gorgeous alpine landscape, cultural diversity and wonderful views are waiting to welcome you. Whether you are an ambitious mountain climber or a pleasure-seeking hiker, on well-signposted and well-maintained paths along sparkling waters, to crystal-clear mountain lakes, through lush green alpine meadows and stony trails, Klosters and Davos offer a varied selection for every hiker.
In summer, mountain transport to Gotschna-Parsenn, Madrisa, Jakobshorn and Rinerhorn as well as to the Schatzalp are free of charge. There is also no charge for journeys with the Rhaetian Railway between Klosters Dorf and Filisur and the local buses (except Sertig and Dischma side valleys).
