Classic dishes from the italian kitchen; Brasato di manzo, Bistecca Pizzaiola,
Saltimbocca alla romana, served with Risotto milanese or Spaghetti
al pesto, bon appetito.

February:
Fish dishes from the whole world, Ceviche of giant shrimps,  Lobster Thermidor
or would you rather like a sautéed sole or a grilled sea bass, the offer is arranged by the current market.

March:
Cordon bleu admirer, veal or pork, the stuffings are exquisite, Gorgonzola cheese and raw ham, tomatoes and mozzarella, Cantadou with spicy salami.

April:
Juicy grill dishes: Bisonsteak, grilled lamb chops, or a spit of fillet of pork, served with sidedishes as offered from the market.

May:
Springtime is asparagus time, classical asparagus dishes and selected asparagus compositions.
